This course, OASIS-E Bridge, is the first module from the Advanced Competency in OASIS-E Certificate program and consists of two parts, for a total of 3 hours. This module presents an overview of the origins of OASIS, its evolution and significance for the home health Physical Therapist while investigating the newer additions to the OASIS document: sections A,B,C,D,J,K,N and O. Within these sections, the Physical Therapist will uncover the expanding definition of holistic care and the role rehab plays in promoting post-acute success.  The critical connection between unsafe patient practices, OASIS coding and therapeutic interventions will be examined.

Assessment:  Upon successful completion of the 72 question post course quiz, the Physical Therapist will be granted a continuing education certificate for completing this module. You will have 2 attempts to achieve a passing score of 70% on the quiz.
